We keep our classes small here so we can truly dedicate our time and attention to you. This means there is a limit to the clients we can take on. If you know you are not able to attend your class or session please cancel!
Cancellation / No-Show (By Client) Policy
Group classes have a 12-hour cancellation/change policy.
Private and duet sessions have a 24-hour cancellation/change policy.
Late canceled reservations are subject to a full charge.
Class packages are not transferable or refundable.
Cancellation (By Studio) Policy
Group classes require at least 2 students. If there are less than 2 students registered for a class, the class may be cancelled. We will call and email you 24 hours in advance. We will give you the option of attending another class or taking a private lesson, at a discounted rate, at the same time as the cancelled class. If we need to cancel a class or lesson with less than 24 hour notice, we will find a substitute teacher, refund your class not taken or add an extra day to your account if you are a monthly unlimited client.
Due to the minimum attendance requirement, we encourage registration at least 24 in advance.
We know that illness or emergencies happen, you are allowed two missed classes per calendar year with no penalty. You must call or email the studio to request the wavier.

To help keep the machines clean and prevent injuries, please tie long hair back, remove dangling necklaces and earrings.
When class is finished we all participate in cleaning up our own equipment.
We typically follow Conroe, Willis and Montgomery ISD school cancellations.

Socks with grippers are required for all classes and may be purchased in the studio for $15.00 cash or by Paypal at email@example.com.
